22nd PRODUCT SAFETY CONFERENCE

On Oct. 30 th on the occasion of the 22nd Product Safety Conference:
The CLP Regulation is renewed: upcoming obligations and challenges for companies.
AMIK ITALIA SPA had taken active part discussing about the main implications of the new CLP Regulation and the challenges that companies will have to face. The new hazard classes and forthcoming guidelines, the ECHACHEM database and the C&L inventory were discussed.

During the exhibition we will promote BORICA new additives: BORICA EMEA – Sales Manager will held a seminar on October 18 at 16.40 about Titanate-based solutions for Water-based Decorative Coatings and he will be at our booth during all exhibition period to answer all questions, also about other possible applications of titanates for the Paint and Coating industry (adhesion promoters and catalysts alternative to Tin-based ones).

NEW ENVIRONMENTAL LABELLING

Amik and the new environmental labelling of packaging.
On January 1^st 2023, the obligations relating to the environmental labelling of packaging came into force (Legislative Decree 116/2020, Legislative Decree 152/2006 implementing EU Dir 2018/851 on waste, and EU Dir 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste)

Always with a close eye on compliance with regulatory requirements, Amik Italia has already implemented an in-house management system, which efficiently conveys technical information throughout the supply chain to ensure the proper disposal of packaging.
